Electronic Key Fobs
If you do not currently have a small, black key fob (which should have been transferred to you at closing), you will need one to gain access to the pool gate, lower level of the clubhouse, and docks (if you own one).
Please email the office to make a request as it takes some time to set one up.
Complete the waiver below, and bring it to the office when you come to pick it up.
Replacement/extra fobs are $30 each. Checks should be made payable to River Sound HOA. 
NOTE: There are occasionally issues with the pool and dock gates, so if you have a problem but you are current on your dues, please be assured that your fob has not been deactivated and we are working to solve the problem. 

Trailer Storage Keys
You will need to request a key to the padlock on the gate in front of the trailer storage area if you have something to stow. You must clearly identify your trailer with a tag or marker and sign the liability waiver below. Additional/replacement keys are $20 each.

Tennis/Pickle Ball Court Keys
You will need to request a key to the padlock on the court gate. Additional/replacement keys are $20 each. Reservations for the courts are not mandatory but can be made here.
